3 Ways to Ease into 2023 With Intention
Happy new year!
For anyone who needs to hear it, this is your friendly reminder that it is more than okay for you to have yet to plan and map out all your goals for the new year.
The new year brings in the freshness of a clean slate, but it's easy to get caught up in the energy of going way too hard. One moment we're making all the plans, having a ton of coffee dates, and executing at level 10 on ALL THE THINGS, and the next minute we're confused about why we're feeling burnt out, anxious, and exhausted when springtime comes.
Whether or not you know how to hustle and get sh*t done is not the question. The real question is, do you know how to engage in the hustle in a way that's authentic, intentional, and actually feels good?
Collectively, current astrology and the seasons support us being in the space of reflection, going inward, planning, and moving slowly. Plans for the new year aren't necessarily supposed to be solidified by the end of December. So, give yourself permission to pay attention to your rhythms and what your mind and body are telling you. We must go slow to go fast eventually. Or, as my yoga mentors would say, "Be still and then move."
The following are my offerings for supporting you in mindful reflection and intention setting for the year ahead:
I’d love to hear from you about how you’ve felt in these first few weeks of 2023 and how you’re feeling about your vision for the year. Let me know what you think about the workbook, and I’m looking forward to seeing you at an upcoming workshop!
Wishing you peace, clarity, and abundance this year!
